1. About Auxano
Auxano is a financial services app that helps you connect to and view information from your financial institutions. We do not store your financial account numbers, login credentials, balances, or transaction history on our servers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use Auxano. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
- You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep it up to date.
- You may close your account at any time, which will permanently delete your stored access tokens and account data.
4. Connecting Financial Institutions
- To use Auxano, you may connect accounts from your financial institutions.
- Auxano stores only secure access tokens to maintain these connections.
- You may remove connected institutions at any time within the app, or request removal by contacting support@auxanoapp.com.
5. Data Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy and Data Retention & Deletion Policy, which explain what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Auxano for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services.
- Reverse-engineer or misuse the app in ways not authorized by these Terms.

Auxano is a tool designed to help you organize and view your financial information. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any information or insights available through the app are for informational purposes only and should not be relied on as professional advice.

8. Service Availability
We strive to keep Auxano available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without liability.

Auxano and its content, features, and branding are owned by Auxano and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may use the app only as permitted by these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
